  • 8oz cooked potatoes
  • 2oz flour
  • 2oz


Mash the potatoes thoroughly with a little butter. Work in the flour and cheese. Beat the egg and add it to the mixture. Roll out and cut into small round cakes. Cook in the butter on a girdle or heavy frying pan until golden on both sides.
