  • 2oz Cheshire cheese
  • 1oz butter
  • 1 hard-boiled egg yolk
  • 1 slice buttered toast


    Crumble the cheese finely and mix with the butter and egg yolk until a smooth paste is formed. Spread on the buttered toast and put under a grill to brown.
