  • 6 eggs
  • 4oz butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste


    Boil the eggs hard and cool them. Put the yolks through a sieve and chop the whites very finely. Mix with the softened butter and paste. Chill before use. This is very good on toast or in sandwiches.
