  • 12oz shortcrust pastry
  • 8oz minced raw steak
  • 6oz

Method

Roll out the pastry and cut out six seven-inch rounds. Chop the bacon, kidney and onion, and mix with the steak, seasoning and sauce. Put mixture on half of each round and fold over pastry. pinch edges together. Put on to a wet baking sheet. Bake at 425°F, 220°C, gas mark 7 for fifteen minutes; then at 350°F, 180°C, gas mark 4 for fort
