    Method

    A mixture of some or all of the fruits can be used. For each 2lb fruit, allow 1lb sugar. Prepare and mix the fruits and heat gently in a pan until the juices start to run. Stir in sugar until dissolved, and boil until very thick. Pour into small hot jars and cover. Use within four weeks.
