  • 1 teaspoon, mixed dried herbs
  • ½oz mixed ground cloves, mace and ginger
  • 1oz pepper
  • 1oz salt


    Mix well together and rub through a sieve. Put into an airtight tin or bottle and keep near the stove. Use sparingly in soups and stews.
