Ingredients

  • Small bunch of mixed herbs
  • 1oz hops
  • 2 gallons water
  • 2lb sugar
  • ½oz yeast

    Method

    Make a good selection of herbs, including parsley, thyme, sage and mint. Put the hops and herbs into two gallons water and boil for one hour. Strain on to the sugar and stir until it is dissolved. When the mixture is cool, add the yeast. Leave the liquid to stand for twelve hours, and put it into bottles.
