Ingredients

  • 1lb beetroot
  • 8oz sugar
  • 1 pint

Method

Wash the beetroot and slice into a bowl. Sprinkle on the sugar and leave for twenty-four hours. Strain, add the stout, bottle and cork. This is ready in 7-14 days.
