Ingredients

  • 3 sticks rhubarb
  • 1 lemon
  • 8oz sugar

    Method

    Cut the rhubarb in very small pieces and pour on one gallon boiling water. Add the lemon cut in thin slices and the sugar. Stir until the sugar has dissolved, and then leave until cold. This is a very refreshing drink on a hot day, but not for keeping.
