Ingredients

  • 1 pint milk
  • 3 fl oz white wine or sherry
  • A squeeze of lemon

Method

Heat the milk; when it froths add the wine or sherry. Strain and add lemon juice, and sugar to taste. Stir in ginger and nutmeg. Serve hot.
