  • About

Potstickers are made by filling wonton wrappers with a mix of finely chopped vegetables and/or pork before frying and steaming them in the same pan. They are very similar to Japanese gyoza, and just as fun to make. Be careful not to overfill the wonton wrappers as the filling will split the wrapper when cooking. Wonton wrappers can be bought fresh or frozen from Asian supermarkets or online.
