Method of Preparation

Halve grapefruit and remove flesh in segments—cut oranges into segments—finely chop mint.

Method of Cookery

  1. Combine orange and grapefruit segments. Add the sugar and rum.
  2. Place mixture into grapefruit shells. Garnish with chopped mint and chill.
