I had the honor once to attend a luncheon given for me by the Home Science class of Te Puke High School in the Bay of Plenty, New Zealand. The students decided that I should be served with a cheese soufflé. The Te Puke Soufflé was so good that I asked one Maori student if I might have the recipe. She immediately brought me back a second helping—a happy mistake on her part—I got the recipe later.
