Method

Method of Preparation

  1. Break cauliflower into small flowerets.
  2. Finely grate cheese.
  3. Finely chop parsley.

Method of Cookery

  1. Heat the butter in a frying pan—add the cauliflower and fry gently until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Place onto a heated serving dish and sprinkle with parsley and cheese. Garnish with a few small cubes of butter.
