Method of Preparation

  1. Place celery heart in seasoned boiling water and cook gently for 23 minutes.
  2. Measure butter.
  3. Drain celery.

Method of Cookery

  1. Cut celery heart into quarters and place on a heated serving dish.
  2. Garnish with thin slices of butter and sprinkle with basil.
