French dressing ¼ cup 2 fl. oz. 60 milliliters


Method of Preparation

  1. Cook zucchini in salted boiling water for 10 minutes—drain and cut into ½-inch slices—place in a salad bowl with the tomatoes cut into quarters.
  2. Chop green pepper finely and add to tomatoes and zucchini.

Method of Cookery

Combine ingredients with French dressing and garnish with chopped herbs. Serve chilled.
