Comment On Method

This lemon butter sauce is my favorite sauce. It is so smooth and buttery that I will possibly endanger my health with its constant use, but one has to die of something—so why not lemon butter sauce? The technique is really very simple, and when served with grilled crayfish (rock lobster) tails, it is pure heaven.
