Brown sugar
Lemon and orange peels (mixed)
Almonds (blanched)
Lemon rind
Lemon juice
Vanilla bean (grated)
Nutmeg, allspice, cinnamon
Coriander, ginger
Brandy
Pastry:
Flour (all-purpose)
Butter
Superfine granulated sugar
Egg yolk
Iced water
Strawberries
Cream
Mix all ingredients for mincemeat together and moisten with the brandy—place in jars and seal—make 1 month ahead at least.

Cut butter into small cubes, measure flour, and sift—hull strawberries and whip cream stiffly—
