This is the basic Gate gazpacho recipe. It can be prepared up to 12 hours in advance and works equally well with or without the vodka. When preparing this dish at home for brunch, the vodka is an addition that has become more frequent in recent years as we have developed a taste for Bloody Mary. At The Gate we usually freeze a few ice cubes of the gazpacho to garnish gazpacho soup.
