There is nothing quite as refreshing as a raw vegetable salad on a hot summer’s day. We particularly love this sauce because it works as well in a stir-fry as it does in this salad.


  • carrot 1 large, cut into julienne strips
  • mooli 100 g ( oz


  1. For the dressing, using a whisk, combine the miso with the soya sauce, maple syrup, and lime juice.
  2. Toss the dressing with the carrot, moo//, drained seaweed, beansprouts, and coriander. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top.
