We came up with this idea somewhat out of adversity to enliven a rather dull soup. It turned out to be something of a eureka moment. This flavour-packed salsa is simple and quick to prepare, and complements a variety of dishes. It also makes an excellent accompaniment to dishes such as grilled vegetables, soups, and wasabi potato cakes.
