  • About

Spending time in India has really developed our appreciation for this simple yogurt dip. It works as a perfect foil for spicy dishes and is just as enjoyable eaten as a dip with pitta bread or spooned into a warm soup.

Ingredients

  • black mustard seeds 1 tsp
  • natural yogurt 400 g (14 oz

Method

  1. Toast the mustard seeds for 1 minute in a dry frying pan.
  2. Place all the ingredients in a bowl, and mix well. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.
