Another classic from the family book of chilli sauces. We often prepare this chutney around Passover time, when our utensils and other ingredients are out of commission. With its natural sweetness, it takes minutes to prepare and transforms almost every dish.

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender, adding a little cold water to help the process if required.
