  • About

Where we grew up, most meals would be served with some kind of chilli sauce on the table. This is one of our favourites. In spite of our chilli obsession, even we realized that not every chutney had to have chilli in it, although the pungent garlic and ginger in this recipe provide a mild background kick.

Ingredients

  • coriander 1 bunch
  • mint handful of leaves
  • garlic

Method

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender, adding a little cold water to help the process if required.
