The combination of tomatoes and rocket is a classic — not only as a salad, but as a pasta sauce. There are many ways to accomplish this — adding rocket along with the pasta to a rich tomato sauce, chopping it into a raw tomato sauce, sautéing with cherry tomatoes, or with tomatoes and onion as below.
