Method

The sauce is quick to make, so you can start at the same time as the pasta hits the water. Put the chilli, garlic and oil into a cold pan and heat over a medium flame until it sizzles. Add the brown crab meat along with about 4 tablespoons of the pasta water, and break up with a wooden spoon to make a sauce.
