For the dough

  • 250 g white flour
  • 500 mls warm water
  • 1

Method

Preparation of pancakes

  • place all the dry ingredients in a bowl & mix well
  • add all the water & form a soft dough
  • cover & leave for 10 minutes
  • heat a slightly oiled frying pan until hot & place a tablespoon of the mixture into the pan
  • spread around to form a pancake
  • cook unt
