Ingredients

  • 1 large bunch of mulukhiyah, washed & finely chopped
  • 1 bunch coriander including stalks, finely chopped

Method

  • strip the leaves from the stalks of the mulukhiyah & place on a large tray or chopping board, then with a sharp knife or mezzaluna, cut the leaves finely with the coriander & set aside
  • place the olive oil in a large saucepan & add the chopped or crushed garlic & fry until starting to brown, then add the mulukhiyah & coriander to the pan & sti
