Ingredients

  • 450 g whole flour
  • 1 teaspoon dried yeast
  • teaspoons

Method

  • pour the warm water into a large bowl & add the yeast, stir until dissolved & add the salt
  • gradually add in the flour & oil & mix well
  • knead the dough for 5 minutes until smooth & elastic, place in a large, greased bowl & cover with a tea towel
  • leave in a warm place for 30-40 minutes until doubled in size
