Ingredients
- 450 g whole flour
- 1 teaspoon dried yeast
- 1½ teaspoons
Method
- pour the warm water into a large bowl & add the yeast, stir until dissolved & add the salt
- gradually add in the flour & oil & mix well
- knead the dough for 5 minutes until smooth & elastic, place in a large, greased bowl & cover with a tea towel
- leave in a warm place for 30-40 minutes until doubled in size
