For the dough

  • 500 g wholemeal flour
  • teaspoons instant yeast

Preparation of dough

  • mix the flour together with the yeast & then add the salt & mix well
  • add oil to the dry ingredients & mix well, incorporating as much water as you need to form a smooth dough
  • knead for 15 minutes until soft
  • cover & prove for 15-20 minutes in a warm place
