Preparation of dough
- mix the flour together with the yeast & then add the salt & mix well
- add oil to the dry ingredients & mix well, incorporating as much water as you need to form a smooth dough
- knead for 15 minutes until soft
- cover & prove for 15-20 minutes in a warm place
