Ingredients
- 1 litre goats milk
- 2 tablespoons natural yoghurt
Method
- boil the milk in a saucepan until it begins to froth
- remove the froth from the surface of the milk, then take the pan off the heat & cool until lukewarm
- add yoghurt to the milk & mix well
- pour into a clean jar & close with a tightly fitting lid
- cover with a towel to insulate the jar for 12 hours, before placing the leben in
