  • 120 mls corn oil
  • 200 g fine noodles
  • 300 g

Method

  • pour the corn oil into a large pan & place on a medium heat, add the fine noodles & fry, keeping the noodles on the move, until crisp & brown
  • add the rice & mix well with the noodles, allowing the rice to be coated in the remaining oil
  • add 1 teaspoon
