Ingredients
- 150 g ground white rice
- 150 g sugar
- 1 litre
Method
- pour 250 mls of the milk in a bowl & add the ground rice, whisk slowly for 2-3 minutes until smooth
- pour the remaining 750mls into a large saucepan with 450mls cold water & bring slowly to the boil
- add the rice & milk mix & whisk well
