Ingredients

  • 150 g ground white rice
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 litre

Method

  • pour 250 mls of the milk in a bowl & add the ground rice, whisk slowly for 2-3 minutes until smooth
  • pour the remaining 750mls into a large saucepan with 450mls cold water & bring slowly to the boil
  • add the rice & milk mix & whisk well
