  • ½ cauliflower, broken into florets
  • 1 large onion, thinly sliced
  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed or finely sliced


  • place the onion slices & garlic in a large frying pan with the cold olive oil, heat the pan & sauté until golden brown & slightly caramelised, about 15 minutes
  • once the onion & garlic is browned, add the cauliflower florets with 1 tablespoon
