  • 1 kg minced beef
  • 25 g lamb fat, minced
  • 1 large onio


  • place the minced meat, onion, garlic, herbs & spices together in a large bowl, add salt & pepper & mix well, then leave to rest for up to 1 hour in the fridge
  • pour some olive oil in the bottom of a large baking dish
  • with your hands, roll the minced meat into 5cm long kebabs & place in the baking tin
