  • 500 g veal
  • ½ onion, grated
  • 3 tablespoons red pepper


Prepare the veal

  • remove all the fat from the meat & cut into small cubes, then place in a mincer or food processor with ½ teaspoon of salt & process for 2-3 minutes until it becomes a pink, very soft paste
  • remove from the processor & place in a dish
