  • 500 g beef, finely chopped
  • 2 large onions, roughly chopped
  • 180 mls

Method

  • cut the beef into small pieces & set aside
  • place the chopped onions with 60 mls of olive oil into a saucepan & cook on a medium heat for approximately 5-10 minutes, stirring the onions until they are soft, but not brown
