- 200 g beef for frying, cut into small pieces
- 500 g yellow beans, cut into 1cm pieces

Method
- chop the beans into 1cm pieces & set aside with the other peeled & chopped vegetables
- pour the olive oil into a saucepan & add the onion & chilli & fry on a medium heat until soft & translucent
- add the pieces of beef & stir continuously until all the meat has browned
- add the yellow beans & stir to coat with the oli
