  • prepare the cauliflower florets, carrots & onions, then set aside
  • cook the onions in the olive oil until beginning to brown, add the carrots & cook on a low heat for 10 minutes until soft, add ½ teaspoon each of cloves & cinnamon, salt & pepper & mix w
