500 g black olives
60 mls extra virgin olive oil
extra-large Method
- wash the olives in cold water, drain & pat dry with kitchen paper
- place the olives in a large bowl & add the finely chopped ferjan, lemon slices & chilli flakes, if using
- pour over the olive oil & mix well
- leave in bowl, covered with cling film for 24 hours before serving
- store the marinated olives in an airtight contain
