  • 30 fresh grape (vine) leaves
  • 2 tomatoes

Method

Filling

  • finely chop the tomatoes & add to the rice, then add the spices, chicken soup powder & the olive oil & mix well
  • if you are adding meat to the filling, it should be added to the rice at this stage
