  • 2 large or 3 small radishes, cut into matchsticks
  • 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • 3

Method

  • place all the chopped ingredients into a bowl & mix well
  • mix the olive oil & lemon juice together in a small bowl & season with salt
  • pour the dressing over the chopped ingredients & mix together
  • sprinkle the paprika over the salad & lightly mix again before serving
