  • 1 large cauliflower, broken into florets
  • 2 large carrots, sliced
  • 2 teaspoons salt</

Method

  • break the cauliflower into florets & wash thoroughly, then place in a large jar with the carrot slices
  • fill the jar as full as possible with warm water, making way for the spices to follow
  • add salt, sugar, turmeric & mango pulp, if using, & mix all together
  • place the lid on the jar & leave in a cool dark place for 1-2 weeks before
