Ingredients

  • 40 red bell peppers
  • 1 large tablespoon salt

Method

  • place the bell peppers on a large tray & cover with a cloth & place outside in the sun for 5 days to drain any excess water out of the peppers
  • bring the trays inside at night & drain any water from the tray
  • once dried, put all the peppers in a large colander to drain before roughly chopping & placing half in a grinder
  • add ½ tables
