  • 1 kg mini cucumbers
  • 6 fresh vine leaves
  • 1 green chilli

Method

  • top & tail the cucumbers & set aside with the vine leaves & chilli, then wash all thoroughly & drain
  • fill a clean empty plastic bottle with the cucumbers, vine leaves, chilli & dill, until tightly packed all the way to the top
  • pour the vinegar, cold water & salt into a jug & mix together before pouring all the liquid into the pl
