For the mix

  • 250 g sweet marjoram leaves
  • 250 g oregano leaves

Method

  • collect the sweet marjoram, oregano & mint from the garden or supermarket & place on a tray
  • store in a dry area inside for 2-3 weeks until the leaves & any buds are shrivelled & dry
  • place the dried leaves & buds into a sieve & push through the sieve to collect flakes of herbs
