  • 8 mini pitta rounds
  • 1 onion, chopped finely
  • 2 large tablespoons

Method

  • cook the onion with 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan on a low heat for 5 minutes, until soft & translucent
  • mix the za’atar spice, onion & 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil to form a thick paste
  • spread the paste
