  • ¾ cup fresh or frozen chopped spinach

Method

Making the meatballs

If using fresh spinach, wash about ½ pound of it and blanch it about 30 seconds in a lot of boiling water. Drain, press dry, and chop. If using frozen spinach, thaw it and march-chop it a few times to refine its consistency. Put it in a mixing bowl, add the soy sauc
