Method

Once cooked, rice will stay hot in the saucepan for about 30 minutes, or it may be put into a serving dish, covered, and placed in a moderately hot oven for 30 minutes without drying out. If the rice is cold, it may be reheated in a double boiler or steamed in a bowl over high heat.
