  • About

This dish is a glorification of soup noodles. It contains less liquid and more topping, so that instead of swimming in broth the noodles are nestled luxuriously in a tureen between a little rich soup in the bottom and assorted meats and vegetables on top. It is a wonderful one-dish meal, and all the preparations can be done hours in advance, leaving only 3 minutes of cooking at the end.
